Losing weight and changing your body should be Fun. And even though it takes focus, determination and persistence, it doesn’t have to be complicated. It should be an experience that helps you grow as a person and it should actually be enjoyable. The goal of the MY Body Transformation Experience is to take the guess work out of the weight loss process and give you all of the tools you need to focus your energy on your journey and to be successful now and for the future.

MY Body Transformation Experience Overview:
Professionally designed individualized group fitness classes. Using my education, experience and the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) I provide fitness classes that take into account your personal limitations/requirements in order to create the safest and most effective fitness environment possible. Different Fitness packages are available.
One-on-one Nutrition Consultation. Meet with Victoria’s Leading Registered Dietitians at Dani Health and Nutrition Services and learn about blood sugars, boosting your metabolism and working with your body instead of against it to reach your health goals. You will also have a group grocery store tour and label reading session at the beginning of the program.
Expertly designed meal plans. Dani Health & Nutrition Services has crafted specific diets/meal plans just for our training. You will receive 3 meal plans (In YOUR proper calorie range) that consider all the nutrients that YOU need. Over the course of three months you will receive three different meal plans that will gradually and scientifically lower your daily calorie intake to ensure you see sustainable results.
Food Logs and Nutritional Feed Back. You will receive food logs in which you will journal your daily food intake, as well as your sleep quality, energy levels and mood. These journals will be reviewed on a weekly basis and returned to you including constructive feedback to ensure that you are on the right track and have the support you need to stay on track with your nutrition.
Monthly Group Support Meetings. We will meet as a group once a month to discuss challenges and road blocks as well as strategies to overcome these to make sure that everyone is moving in a positive direction.
