After years of focusing on my own fitness I decided to take my passion to helping others experience the joy that I had found in fitness. In 2009 I completed the Diploma in Exercise and Wellness from Camosun College and as a result I became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology; a certification that is considered the Gold standard in the fitness industry. From that moment I haven’t looked back. I’ve worked with private weight loss programs as a group fitness trainer, I’ve worked with single and small groups in private session settings and I’ve worked for the Canadian Forces (CF) as a Fitness Instructor. My work with the CF has provided me with many amazing opportunities that I would not have received anywhere else. From training large groups (60+) of Canadian Forces Members to becoming a Tactical Athlete Course Instructor, teaching members how to perform Olympic style lifts safely. All of my experiences have given me the opportunity to work with very amazing people with many different goals; To lose weight, gain strength, run farther, pass the basic military fitness test and also elite Canadian Special Forces Selection processes, all with very positive results; and I want to work with you!
